Senior Manager/Team Lead, Consumer Event Brand Marketing
I had the exciting opportunity to lead the consumer event team for adidas North America. Our main brand goal was to attract high school consumers to buy the newest brand apparel and footwear.

- Spearheaded all U.S. Brand Event Marketing strategies and GTM plans to inspire trial, brand love, and conversion. Including the Boston Marathon, MLS All-Star Game, Army, All-American Bowl, and critical global brand product launches.
- Managed a $13M+ department budget, overseeing creative agencies, partnerships, and vendor relationships.
- Nurtured a high-performing team of 4 marketing professionals and collaborated with cross-disciplined marketing leaders on integrated consumer event marketing plans, including national consumer experiences and key global product launches.
Boston Marathon Retail Booth
Results: The retail booth presence at the 2014 Boston Marathon generated 1M+ onsite impressions and $3.4M in sales in 3 days, a 125% increase from the previous year.

MLS All Star Consumer Activation
My role: Drive strategy, brand awareness, creative direction, programming, event execution, manage project budgets, and agency partnership.
The Results: Over 10,000 consumers visited the square during the week-long festivities.

Run with D Rose Shoe Launch
My role: Drive strategy, brand awareness, creative direction, event execution, manage project budgets, and agency partnership.
The results: 10% of D Rose Facebook community participated in the hunt. Over 30,000 watched the event. 500 turned up on the day, and a lucky 21 got to run with D Rose.
